The rate for the house per night irrespective of the number of guests is £125 GBP, subject to the Booking Conditions.

For rentals of more than 10 consecutive nights, discounts are available as follows:

Booking Conditions

• We do not allow smoking in our house.
• Deposit - 50% with booking and balance no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
• The amount of refund on cancellation will depend on notice given.
• Minimum booking period is 4 nights.
• Please note that generally we do not consider the house to be suitable for children under the age of 12 on date of arrival.
• These rates apply until further notice but may change at any time.
